How we collect it

Why we use it

Marketing and how to stop it

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we act on it promptly. You can also reply to any message, or email us, and ask to be removed. We do not sell your information or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, and only so far as they need it to do that job. These include email and CRM platforms, scheduling and payment providers, and advertising platforms such as Meta. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

Our website and our advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how our ads and pages perform, and to show you relevant advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences within Facebook and Instagram.

How we store and protect it

Your information is held in access-controlled systems operated by us and by our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years from your last contact with us, and client records for up to seven years after coaching ends, to meet our record-keeping obligations. After that we delete or de-identify the information.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days. If we cannot give you access, we will explain why.

Making a complaint

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
